Digitize Your Hiring Process with Workruno

If you're using Workruno for the first time, this guide will help you set up the system quickly and launch your first hiring process.

Welcome to Workruno

Workruno is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for small and mid-sized companies. This guide walks you through setting up the system and launching your first hiring process, step by step.

1. Create an Account and Choose a Plan

Signing up for Workruno takes 3 steps:

1. Enter your personal details — Name, email, and password

2. Complete your company info — Company name, industry, and career page details

3. Add your payment method — Securely enter your credit card via Stripe

After these steps, your 14-day free trial starts immediately. You have full access to all features during the trial — no charge. Once the trial ends, you are automatically billed based on your selected plan. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Monthly plans:

  • Starter (€39/mo) — 2 active listings, 50 candidates, 100 AI credits
  • Business (€95/mo) — 10 active listings, 300 candidates, 500 AI credits, interview calendar
  • Enterprise (€199/mo) — Unlimited listings and candidates, 1,200 AI credits

> Annual billing: Starter €29/mo, Business €79/mo, Enterprise €159/mo.

2. Complete Your Organization Details

From Dashboard → Organization Settings:

  • Company name and logo
  • Industry and headcount
  • Contact details

This information is used by AI to generate personalized content. It also appears on your career page.

3. Create Your First Job Listing

Click "Job Listings" → "New Listing."

Use the AI-powered listing creator: enter the position title and department, then click "Generate with AI." The system produces a professional job description — edit it and publish.

4. Activate Your Career Page

From the "Career Page" menu, get a custom application form URL for your company. Add this link to:

  • Your job listings on your career site
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Your email signature

Incoming applications will automatically appear in the system.

5. Candidate Management: Kanban Board

Each job listing has its own Kanban board. Default stages:

1. Applied

2. Screening

3. Interview

4. Offer

5. Hired / Rejected

Drag and drop candidates between stages. Each candidate card contains their CV, notes, and communication history.

6. Use AI Features

CV Matching: Select a job listing, choose candidates, and click "Match with AI." Within seconds, you'll see a fit score, strengths and weaknesses, and a hiring recommendation for each candidate.

Email Templates: Edit pre-built templates or ask AI to generate a new one. Send to the candidate with a single click.

Offer Letters: Generate an AI-powered offer letter, convert it to PDF, and send it to the candidate.

7. Reports and Analytics

Available on Business and Enterprise plans. View all metrics for your hiring process:

  • Average time-to-fill per position
  • Stage conversion rates
  • AI credit usage
