How to Manage Hiring with Workruno

A step-by-step guide from publishing your career page to making the final hiring decision.

01

Set Up Your Career Page

Go to Dashboard → Career Page, enter your company details, upload your logo, and publish. Your page will be live at workruno.com/c/yourcompany.

  • Keep your company description concise — 2–3 sentences.
  • Add social media links — candidates see them as a trust signal.
  • A logo isn't required but significantly builds credibility.
02

Create Your First Job Listing

Go to Dashboard → Jobs → New Listing. Enter the position title, department, work style, and requirements. AI can draft a job description for you (5 credits).

  • Keep the title clear: e.g. "Senior React Developer".
  • Always specify work style (Remote / Hybrid / On-site).
  • Keep the requirements list to 5–7 bullet points.
03

Add or Import Candidates

From Dashboard → Talent Pool, add candidates one by one or bulk-upload CVs. Candidates who apply through your career page appear automatically.

  • Bulk upload supports CSV and PDF formats.
  • Use the notes field actively for each candidate — great for team sharing.
  • Share your career page link on LinkedIn and other channels.
04

Rank with CV Matching

On the job listing page, click "CV Matching". AI scores and ranks all candidates against your listing requirements. Strengths and gaps are listed for each candidate.

  • Each matching run costs 25 credits per listing.
  • Filter results: show only candidates with 70+ score.
  • Use the AI score as a reference — the final call is always yours.
05

Manage the Pipeline with Kanban

On each listing's Kanban board, drag candidates between stages: New Application → Under Review → Interview → Offer → Hired / Rejected.

  • Add comments and notes to each card.
  • Collaborate with teammates simultaneously.
  • Manage interview scheduling from Dashboard → Interviews.
