Terms of Service

By accessing or using Workruno ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Workruno is a recruitment management platform that provides tools for job posting, candidate tracking, AI-assisted hiring, and team collaboration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with optional add-ons.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use it for unauthorized purposes.

Workruno offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@workruno.com.

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, access will be limited unless a paid plan is activated. Trial terms are shown at registration and may change.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• —Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• —Post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
• —Collect or process candidate data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, KVKK, etc.)
• —Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• —Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

Candidate data you upload or collect through Workruno remains your responsibility. You must obtain appropriate consent from candidates in accordance with applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Workruno uses AI tools to assist with job descriptions, candidate analysis, and recommendations. AI outputs are for assistance only and should not be treated as final decisions. You are responsible for all hiring decisions made using the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of Workruno are owned by or licensed to Workruno. You retain ownership of data you input. You grant Workruno a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time. Workruno may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Workruno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workruno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
